1. Who we are and agreement to these terms
Causealytics is an assumed name of Trevino TodaMedia LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Dallas, Texas (“Causealytics,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of causealytics.com, app.causealytics.com, The Shop, our AI assistant @ly, and the websites, apps, agents, and downloads we operate (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us or create an account. Our free tools may be used by anyone 13 or older with a parent’s or guardian’s permission if under 18.
If you sign a separate written agreement with us (for example, an enterprise license or services contract), that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
2. The Services
Causealytics builds and operates AI-powered tools. Some are sold (for example, CauseFlow, BrvUrl link packs, Q(R) Parking Direct packs, and BrevLink Campaign), some are licensed to organizations under separate agreements (for example, BrevLink Enterprise and Q(R) Parking), and some are free public-service tools (for example, Tech Cheats, NewsTrace, and Mistletoe Messages). We may add, change, pause, or retire any Service at any time.
Some Services run on third-party platforms and providers, including our AI agent platform, Stripe for payments, and Google for storage and email. Their availability can affect ours.
3. Accounts
If a Service requires an account, give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@causealytics.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Break any law or violate anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive links (including through BrvUrl, BrevLink, or any shortened or tracked link)
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate anyone
- Try to extract, override, or manipulate the instructions of our AI agents, or use them to generate harmful or illegal content
- Probe, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Services, or get around usage limits or access controls
- Resell or redistribute paid products (such as CauseFlow) unless we agree in writing
We may suspend or end access, disable links, or remove content that violates these Terms, without a refund where the violation caused the suspension.
5. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in The Shop or on each product’s own page, in US dollars, at the time you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Unless a product says otherwise, purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
Digital products are delivered by email or download link after payment. Download links are for your personal use; please don’t share or publish them. Link packs and parking packs are used as described on their product pages.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. AI-generated content
Several Services use artificial intelligence, including @ly and our other agents. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it.
You own the content you put into the Services and, as between you and us, the output generated for you. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to run the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our intellectual property
The Services, including our software, designs, logos, product names, reference sheets, and written content, belong to Causealytics or our licensors. Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it, not ownership of the product itself. Free resources such as Tech Cheats may be printed and shared for non-commercial use as long as our branding stays on them.
8. Product-specific terms
- PurseLink. PurseLink helps you share a personal payment link inside a greeting card. Causealytics never holds, receives, or transfers gift money. Payments move directly between the people involved through their own payment apps, under those apps’ terms.
- Q(R) Parking and Q(R) Parking Direct. We provide the payment and QR tools. The property owner or event organizer is responsible for the parking itself, including permits, safety, towing, and local rules.
- PollStand. Polls reflect the people who chose to respond. They are not scientific or statistically representative surveys.
- Link products (BrvUrl, BrevLink). You are responsible for where your links point. We may disable any link used for spam, fraud, or illegal content.
- Enterprise and custom work. Licenses and done-for-you services are governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Causealytics and Trevino TodaMedia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service involved in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
11. Indemnity
If you misuse the Services or break these Terms, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of defending that claim.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@causealytics.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we consent to those courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top, and material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
