Causealytics reviews every refund request individually; we don’t offer an automatic money-back guarantee, but we will always make it right when something goes wrong on our end. This policy applies to purchases from The Shop and our product pages. Causealytics is an assumed name of Trevino TodaMedia LLC, Dallas, Texas.
Always refunded
We’ll issue a full refund, or fix the problem if you prefer, when:
- You were charged but never received the product or its download link, and we can’t deliver it
- You were charged twice for the same order
- The product doesn’t work as described on its product page, and we can’t fix it
Considered case by case
For any other request, including a change of mind, we look at:
- How long ago you bought
- Whether a digital product was downloaded, or how much of a link or parking pack was used
- What went wrong, and whether we can solve it another way
We may offer a full refund, a partial refund, a replacement, or credit toward another product.
Not refundable
- Enterprise licenses and done-for-you services, which follow the terms of your proposal or agreement
- Accounts or links suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- Free products, including Tech Cheats, NewsTrace, and Mistletoe Messages
PurseLink gifts are sent directly between people through their own payment apps. Causealytics never holds that money, so gift refunds must be requested from the sender or the payment app.
How to ask
Email support@causealytics.com with your order email, the product name, and what happened. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Once a digital product is refunded, its download link or remaining credits may be turned off.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve things faster directly.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version in effect when you bought applies to your purchase.
