Causealytics, an assumed name of Trevino TodaMedia LLC in Dallas, Texas, collects only what we need to run our products, and we do not sell your personal information. This policy covers causealytics.com, app.causealytics.com, The Shop, @ly, and our other product sites and agents (the “Services”).

We use this information to provide and support the Services, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and, only if you opt in, send product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
2. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only what they need:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Our AI agent platform and its AI model providers — hosting our agents, landing pages, The Shop, and processing chat messages
- Google Workspace — email, calendar booking, and file storage
- Our web host — hosting causealytics.com
- SMS and email delivery providers — sending order confirmations and replies
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. AI processing
When you chat with @ly or another Causealytics agent, your messages are sent to third-party AI models to generate a reply. Please don’t share sensitive information, such as passwords, card numbers, or health details, in a chat. We may review conversations to fix problems and improve answers.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember your cart and chat session, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, generally up to 7 years. Chat logs and contact records are kept while they’re useful for support, and you can ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that’s wrong
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
- Stop sending you marketing email
Email support@causealytics.com with your request. We’ll confirm your identity and respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we’ll respond to the appeal within 60 days. Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General if they’re not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We’ll post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
