From Chatbots to AI Agents
Cause@lytics started in 2019 when most people were still calling AI assistants "chatbots." We saw something different — not just tools that answer questions, but digital agents that could take action, complete tasks, and operate autonomously on behalf of businesses and organizations.
What began as conversational AI design for nonprofits and causes quickly evolved. As the technology matured — from scripted bots to GPT-powered agents — so did we. We moved from building simple FAQ bots to engineering full-stack AI agents that shorten links, manage campaigns, qualify leads, and handle customer support without human intervention.
Today, Cause@lytics is an agentic AI development studio. Every product we sell — BrvUrl, BrevLink, and everything we're building next — runs on the same agent technology we offer our clients. We're not pitching AI futures. We're shipping them.
